In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and use the kpk4d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kpk4d strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register Accounts.
• You must not be self-excluded from kpk4d or any other online gambling platform under a voluntary or mandatory exclusion agreement that remains in force.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal order or condition that restricts your capacity to contract, you are not eligible to use the Platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another individual. Account use is strictly personal and non-transferable.

To access kpk4d's services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. By doing so, you represent and warrant the following:

• All personal information you provide during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and bank or e-wallet information — is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will promptly update any information in your Account profile if it changes, to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• You will maintain only one Account on kpk4d. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated Accounts.
• You will not sell, transfer, or assign your Account to any third party. Accounts are non-transferable.
• You acknowledge that kpk4d reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Upon successful registration, kpk4d will send a confirmation to your registered email address. Your Account becomes active once this confirmation is received and you complete any initial verification steps requested.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kpk4d Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Specifically:

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your kpk4d Account that is not used for any other online service.
• You must notify kpk4d immediately at support@kpk4d.pro if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• kpk4d will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, including losses resulting from a third party accessing your Account using your login details.
• kpk4d may, at its discretion, temporarily lock your Account if it detects suspicious login activity, unusual transaction patterns, or other security anomalies, and will notify you accordingly.

kpk4d uses AES-256 SSL encryption across all login and cashier pages. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your Account settings dashboard for an additional layer of protection.

All deposits on kpk4d are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits displayed in your Account's cashier section, which may vary by payment method and Account verification level.
• Accepted deposit methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available methods may change without prior notice.
• Deposits must be made from accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being refunded and potential Account suspension.
• kpk4d does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which kpk4d bears no responsibility.
• Deposit funds are credited to your Balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt. In the event of a delay, please contact support at support@kpk4d.pro with your transaction reference number.
• kpk4d reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in violation of these Terms.

kpk4d is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. The following conditions govern all withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours (WIB, UTC+7) for fully KYC-verified Accounts. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience extended processing times.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the same name as the kpk4d Account. No third-party withdrawals are permitted under any circumstances.
• kpk4d reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Any pending bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal request can be approved. Attempting to withdraw with unfulfilled wagering requirements will result in the Bonus Funds being forfeited.
• kpk4d may impose a withdrawal limit per transaction or per day, details of which are available in the cashier section of your Account.
• In cases where kpk4d suspects fraudulent activity, it reserves the right to delay, hold, or cancel any withdrawal pending investigation, without liability for the delay.

kpk4d offers various bonuses and promotions to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. kpk4d determines eligibility at its sole discretion and may exclude any Account from bonus participation without notice.
• A minimum wagering requirement of 5× (five times) the bonus amount applies to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 500.000 in qualifying bets before the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically.
• Multiple accounts sharing the same device, IP address, bank account, or household may be restricted to one bonus claim per promotion.
• kpk4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to exploiting promotional conditions, hedging bets to guarantee outcomes regardless of result, or colluding with other Players — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Refer to the specific promotion page for game contribution details.

By participating in any game on the kpk4d Platform — including live casino, sportsbook, slots, poker tournaments, and fish shooting — you agree to the following:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer operations from licensed providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. These providers are independently audited for fairness.
• kpk4d's sportsbook odds are set at kpk4d's discretion. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that will apply to the bet, unless a manifest error has occurred (see below).
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrectly posted odds, clearly erroneous game results, or technical malfunctions — kpk4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts.
• Sportsbook bets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Champions League, AFF Cup (Piala AFF), and other covered competitions are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and competition, as detailed in the sportsbook rules section.
• Poker tournament rules, prize pool distributions, and late-registration policies are governed by the specific rules published for each tournament event on the Poker Tournament page.
• kpk4d is not responsible for internet connectivity failures or device malfunctions on the Player's side during a gaming session. Incomplete rounds due to Player-side disconnections will be resolved in accordance with the applicable game rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kpk4d Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where appropriate:

1. Fraudulent activity of any kind, including the use of stolen credit cards, fraudulent bank transfers, or identity fraud.
2. Money laundering — using kpk4d to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activities.
3. Collusion — cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format.
4. Use of bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets, interact with games, or access the Platform in any non-human manner.
5. Bonus abuse, including exploiting wagering requirements, abusing multiple-account promotions, or systematically hedging bets to extract value from bonuses without genuine gaming intent.
6. Chargebacks — initiating payment reversals with your bank or e-wallet provider for deposits made to kpk4d. Any Player initiating a chargeback will have their Account suspended and the disputed funds withheld pending resolution.
7. Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with kpk4d.
8. Accessing the Platform using virtual private networks (VPNs) or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures.
9. Sharing accounts with any other individual, or allowing any third party to use your Account credentials.
10. Threatening, harassing, or abusing kpk4d's customer support staff or other Players in any communication channel.

kpk4d operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme to verify the identity of Players, prevent fraud, and comply with anti-money laundering best practices. The following applies to all Accounts:

• kpk4d may request identity verification at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or upon detecting unusual Account activity.
• Standard KYC documents required include: a government-issued photo ID (KTP / Indonesian National Identity Card or valid passport), a selfie holding the ID document, and proof of payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, or OVO account showing your name and account number).
• All documents submitted for KYC are handled securely and in accordance with kpk4d's Privacy Policy.
• kpk4d will process submitted KYC documents within 1–3 business days and will notify you of the outcome by email.
• If a Player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period following a request, kpk4d reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality on the Account until verification is completed.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that the documents they submit are genuine and current. Submission of falsified documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

kpk4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide all Players with access to the following self-management tools from their Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing continuously for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

All content on the kpk4d Platform — including but not limited to the kpk4d brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, user interface, software, game content (where licensed from third-party providers), and all other materials — is the intellectual property of kpk4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, sell, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the prior written consent of kpk4d.
• The kpk4d name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks of kpk4d. Use of these marks without written permission is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kpk4d's liability to any Player is limited as follows:

• kpk4d provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.
• kpk4d will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• kpk4d's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by the Player to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• kpk4d is not liable for any losses resulting from: your failure to secure your Account credentials; third-party actions outside kpk4d's control; Force Majeure events including natural disasters, power outages, or telecommunications failures; or disruptions to third-party payment provider services.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kpk4d's liability for fraud or wilful misconduct by kpk4d itself.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship in accordance with the following provisions:

• Player-initiated closure: You may close your kpk4d Account at any time by contacting support at support@kpk4d.pro. Any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC verification.
• kpk4d-initiated suspension or closure: kpk4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, where it reasonably believes a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or where continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the Platform, other Players, or third parties.
• Upon Account closure by kpk4d for cause (i.e., breach of Terms), any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real-money Balance may be held pending investigation and returned if no fraudulent activity is substantiated.
• Termination of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination.

kpk4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kpk4d will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Where reasonably practicable, provide advance notice of material changes via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must close your Account in accordance with Clause 14 above before the amended Terms take effect.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which kpk4d is registered and licensed to operate.

kpk4d operates as an internationally licensed platform. While the Platform's primary target audience comprises players located in Indonesia, kpk4d does not represent that its services are legal under Indonesian domestic law, and each Player is solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction. Players access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk and on their own initiative.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through kpk4d's customer support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable international arbitration body designated by kpk4d's licensing jurisdiction.
